On November 26th, 2015, the electronic chart display and information system (ECDIS equipment) independently developed by NuoRui Technology to meet international standards passed the type approval of EU MED and Lloyd's Register of Shipping (LR).
Since its inception, NuoRui has been focusing on the development of core technology for electronic chart engines, and has developed a variety of ship navigation devices and ship-shore information systems based on electronic chart engines. The company's self-developed ECDIS equipment, certified by China Classification Society (CCS) in 2013, has been installed in China's merchant ships (chemical tankers, oil tankers, bulk carriers, containers, high-speed passenger ships, etc.) and government official ships (sea surveillance). , fishery, sea police, etc.).
In order to expand the international market, NuoRui Technology started the international certification of ECDIS in 2014. In the certification process, it coincides with the upgrade of one of the international regulations related to ECDIS (IEC 62288). NuoRui Technology quickly organizes a special R&D team, which has undergone normative research, demand analysis, system design, software development, system testing, real ship testing, etc. At the same time, the various tests required for type approval were finally completed, and the type approval of the EU MED and the British Labor LR was obtained.
NuoRui products from the core technology - electronic chart engine to the upper navigation software, are independently developed by NuoRui Technology, to provide customers with the convenience of meeting the individual requirements outside the norm; at the same time meet the latest international norms for ship navigation Safety and Port State Inspection (PSC) provide protection.
NuoRui is currently developing a new version of ECDIS equipment, one to support the special needs of domestic customers, to support the electronic chart of the Yangtze River format; the second is to reduce the workload of the crew and improve navigation safety, support the British Hydrographic Bureau (UKHO) AIO (Admiralty Information Overlay), which implements automatic updates of temporary notices and notices.
